Mark Madderra started J.M. Madderra & Company, Inc., a Metairie, Louisiana based Commercial Mortgage Banking firm, in 1993. He is a real estate loan professional with over 25 years experience in mortgage banking, representing institutional investors in the financing of commercial and multi-family property. In 2002, J.M. Madderra & Co. expanded its operations into Texas through a joint venture with Ron Cazalot and now does business as Madderra & Cazalot.

Madderra & Cazalot is the Louisiana/Mississippi Gulf Coast's largest commercial mortgage brokerage operation. Its principles have generated over $3 billion of income-producing loans and equity investments primarily in the State of Louisiana. It is a real estate advisor and exclusive agent for several institutional investors. Madderra & Cazalot is an active member of the Mortgage Bankers Association of America since 1993.

Mark serves as a Commissioner to the Louisiana Housing Finance Agency since his appointment in 2001. Since 2005, he has served as Chairman of the LHFA Multi-Family Committee. He is the incoming President of the Apartment Association of Greater New Orleans and has served as a Board Member since 1994. Additionally, Mark has served on the boards of numerous organizations including Home Builders of Greater New Orleans, Boy Scouts of America and the Metropolitan Area Council. Mark graduated from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio before relocating to Louisiana in 1977.

Ronald Cazalot

Mr. Cazalot is a graduate of Louisiana State University, Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He moved to the Houston area in 1979 where he held executive positions in the commercial real estate field with firms such as Grubb & Ellis and Prentiss Properties. Subsequent to his relocation to the Dallas area in 1995, he held the position of Senior Vice President of Key Bank Capital Markets responsible for nationwide permanent loan placements. She is a lifelong resident of New Orleans and has been involved in the financing of real estate since the inception of her career in 1983. Lori began her career with Hibernia National Bank where she specialized in the financing of construction and interim loans on commercial real estate properties located throughout the Southeast. In 1997, she joined Standard Mortgage Corporation as Senior Vice President and focused on the placement of permanent, non recourse financing on all income producing properties including multifamily, office, retail, hotel, industrial, seniors, and affordable housing.
