The two main principals of the company, Mark Madderra and Ron Cazalot, are seasoned veterans in the commercial mortgage business having combined experience of over 70 years with an origination total in excess of $5 billion on commercial and multifamily properties. M&C has an extensive background in Agency Financing (HUD/FHA, Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac). The group has also placed debt with revolving acquisition credit facilities, mezzanine loans and the placement of equity. Madderra & Cazalot works with Institutional Investors including insurance companies, Wall Street, Investment Bankers Pension Funds and REIT’s. Generally the deal sizes range from a low of $3 million to a high of $100 million.
